Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 12, 2026

This policy explains what Titan Property Investors collects when you visit preforeclosurestnar.com, fill out a form, or call or text us, what we do with that information, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to what's described here.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site we collect the things you give us: your name, phone number, email address (if you share one), property address, and anything you write in the message field. We also automatically collect basic technical information your browser sends, including IP address, device and browser type, the page you came from, and the pages you visit on our site. If you call or text us, we keep a record of the call or message and the phone number it came from.

How we use it

We use what you give us to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate your property, to make you an offer if it makes sense, to send follow-up information about your situation, and to keep records of our communication for legal and tax reasons. We use the technical information to keep the site working, prevent abuse, and understand which pages homeowners find useful.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the people who help us run our business: the team at Titan Property Investors, our title company and closing attorneys when a transaction moves forward, our CRM and email provider, our website host, and any contractor we hire to inspect or photograph the property. If we ever transfer the company or its assets, your information may transfer with it. We may also share information when we're required to by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies and analytics

We use standard cookies and tools like Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. These tools may set cookies in your browser and collect things like the pages you view and how long you stay. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings or use a browser add-on to block analytics scripts.

Calls, texts, and email

When you submit a form or give us your number, you agree we may contact you by phone, text message (including autodialed and prerecorded messages), or email about your inquiry, even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of selling your home or anything else. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe on an email, or asking us to remove you from our list.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect the information you give us. No website is 100% secure though, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If we ever discover a breach that affects your information we'll notify you as required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you, complete a transaction, or comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Records related to a closed transaction are typically kept for at least seven years.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states have privacy laws on the books) you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information for cross-context advertising. We don't sell or share your information for those purposes. To exercise any of these rights, email us at help@preforeclosurestnar.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it was last changed. If the changes are significant we'll do our best to notify you.
