We buy in TN and AR only

Titan Property Investors buys real estate exclusively in Tennessee and Arkansas. We do not provide foreclosure consulting, loan modification, short sale negotiation, or "foreclosure rescue" services in any state. If you live in California, Maryland, Minnesota, or another state with a foreclosure consultant statute, we are not able to act as a foreclosure consultant for you under those laws.

Governing law and venue

Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the site or these terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and you agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts. If a property transaction is involved, the laws of the state where the property sits will govern the transaction itself.
